Please communicate with the school nurse so that I can provide appropriate follow-up treatment and accommodations for your child when they return to school. A student may only be re-admitted or enter school after an accident, childbirth, hospitalization or injury AFTER submitting the attached injury form. My policy is in alignment with the Red Clay Consolidated School District’s policy.
